Celebrating Excellence at the Antigua Charter Yacht Show
The Antigua Charter Yacht Show, running from December 4th to the 9th this year, is an annual highlight in the yachting calendar, showcasing some of the best charter yachts worldwide. IYC was proud to display 11 yachts from our fleet, offering industry professionals, charter brokers, and media to step on board and experience first hand the impeccable standards of service and hospitality that define our yachts.
Among the show's highlights were the renowned Chef and Tablescaping Competitions, which celebrate the talents of chefs and stewards in creating unforgettable onboard experiences. This year, the theme "The Art of Charter" challenged participants to elevate their craft by weaving creativity, storytelling, and senses into their presentations. Our fleet emerged as strong contenders, earning top accolades across multiple categories.
Chef Competition
The Chef Competition tasked the participating yacht chefs to create a three-course dining experience centered around mystery ingredients while embodying "The Art of Charter." Judges evaluated the flavors, creativity, and how well the dishes enhance an overall charter experience.

Tablescaping Competition
The Tablescaping Competition celebrated the creativity and attention to detail of stewards and stewardesses, who were tasked with designing a table setting that encapsulated the essence of "The Art of Charter." Elements such as themed decorations, music, and even uniforms were considered, with bonus points awarded for creative extras like cocktails and crew entertainment.
